Stonewren ("we", "us") provides the Shopify app Stonewren: Bulk Discount Codes (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App handles and why. The short version: we store the minimum needed to run the App, we never see your customers' personal data, and we delete everything when you leave.
When you install the App, we store:
The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data about your customers. Discount codes are generated values, not personal information.
Exclusively to provide the App's features: creating discounts in your store, showing progress, exports, and API access. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
The App is hosted on Railway (United States). Discount creation happens through Shopify's APIs under Shopify's privacy policy. Support correspondence to support@stonewren.dev is processed by Zoho Mail (EU).
If you uninstall the App, Shopify sends us a deletion request and we permanently delete your shop's data — code sets, API keys, and session records — within 48 hours. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing support@stonewren.dev.
The App implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because we hold no customer personal data, customer data requests return nothing to disclose, and shop redaction deletes all shop data as described above.
The App uses only the session cookies required for secure operation inside the Shopify admin. No advertising or analytics cookies.
